For advice firms

Your brand on the screen. Your process behind it.

Compass Cashflow is designed to fit into an advice firm’s existing process: your branding, your disclaimers and your judgement, with a tool that makes plans easier for clients to understand.

Brand studio

Drop in a logo and the palette is extracted automatically. Set fonts, corners, light or dark mode, firm name, tagline, FCA firm reference number and disclaimer. A contrast report checks accessibility.

Export in three ways

A branded single-file app for your advisers, a theme file, or a link. A command-line tool can produce a branded file for a new firm in seconds.

Full or Simple

Open in the full planner, or in Simple mode for a calmer client view. You can lock Simple mode if you prefer clients only see the essentials.

Due diligence

A supplier pack your compliance team can review

We know firms need to assess any tool used with clients. We provide a due diligence pack on request, including:

  • Assumptions register, with every rate and its source
  • Limitations statement: what the tool does and does not do
  • Independent testing report and an external reviewer brief
  • Security summary and software bill of materials
  • Draft subscription agreement

Consumer Duty

The FCA’s Consumer Duty asks firms to support customer understanding and to help customers make informed decisions. Compass Cashflow has features that may help a firm with this, for example:

  • Plain-English headlines and outcome ranges instead of single figures
  • Clear labels for example data and key assumptions
  • An accessible interface with checked colour contrast
  • Branded PDF records of the scenarios discussed

Using Compass Cashflow does not by itself make a firm compliant with the Consumer Duty or any other rule. Each firm remains responsible for its own advice, processes and regulatory obligations.
