Cash flow planning your clients actually understand
Compass Cashflow turns a retirement plan into a clear, interactive conversation. Show how sure a plan is, what happens if life changes, and what matters most to your client. All in your firm's own brand.

A two-minute silent tour of the real app, using example data.
Why firms use it
Built for the meeting, not the back office
Most cash flow tools are built for planners. Compass Cashflow is built to sit between you and your client, so the plan becomes something they can see, touch and question.
Engaging conversations
Drag a retirement age, a big purchase or an inheritance on the life timeline and watch the plan respond instantly.
The priority wheel
Clients drag towards what matters to them: lowest tax, family, spending, security or being debt-free. Every outcome updates live.
How sure is this?
500 Monte Carlo simulated futures turn one hopeful line into an honest range, in plain words.
Scenarios
Save “retire at 60” or “help the kids buy” side by side and compare them with the base plan.
White-label in minutes
Drop in a logo and the palette is picked out for you, with contrast checked automatically.
Simple mode
A calmer client view with the essentials only. Switch to the full planner when the conversation needs it.
PDF reports
Save a scenario as a branded three-page PDF with key inputs, results, charts and a year-by-year summary.
Data stays in the browser
The offline version is a single file. Client numbers never leave the device it runs on.

One plan, three futures

1 of 3
Base plan
Retire at 65, spending £32k a year. The money lasts to 95 in 66% of 500 simulated futures.
2 of 3
Retire at 60
Five fewer years of saving, five more of spending. The money lasts to 95 in 30% of 500 simulated futures.
3 of 3
Retire at 60 and spend £38k
Higher spending on top of retiring early. The money lasts to 95 in 16% of 500 simulated futures.
Example data. Illustrative only, not advice. Savings and investments (excluding home) in today's money: line is the median, shading the middle half of 500 simulated futures.
Priority wheel
Let clients steer by what they value
Every plan has trade-offs. The priority wheel makes them visible. As your client drags the handle, Compass Cashflow reorders where money is drawn from and where spare money goes, then shows the effect on spend, tax, legacy and success rate.
- Presets for most tax-efficient or keeping the pension for inheritance
- Editable drawdown and saving orders
- Apply the result or save it as a scenario

Monte Carlo
An honest answer to “how sure is this?”
Markets do not grow in straight lines. Compass Cashflow runs 500 simulated futures and says what that means in words a client can repeat: “Your money lasts to age 95 in 66 of 100 simulated futures.”
- Sustainable spend based on an 85% chance of lasting, adjustable by the firm from 75% to 90%
- An “On track” badge only at 80% or above
- Clear ranges instead of single-point promises

Scenarios and life events
“What if?” without the spreadsheet
Model retiring earlier, downsizing, an interest-only mortgage ending, or a gift to family. Every change shows what it did to the result, with Undo.
- Repayment, interest-only and part-and-part mortgages
- Draggable life timeline
- Save any scenario as a branded PDF

White-label
Your brand, in minutes
Upload a logo, or paste brand colours, and Compass Cashflow builds a matching theme with accessibility contrast checked. Export a branded offline file for your advisers. Drag the slider to compare.
- Your logo, colours, fonts and disclaimer
- Your FCA firm reference number shown where you want it
- Optional “Powered by Compass Cashflow” line, which you can turn off

Default (before)Harbourline (after)Harbourline, Fernleigh & Moss and Northgate are fictional demo firms. All figures are example data.
Built to be checked
Tested against an independent model
Numbers in front of a client need to be right. We built a second calculation model from scratch, separately from the product code, and compared the two.
UK tax rates, thresholds and allowances are checked against GOV.UK for 2026/27. Testing shows the maths is correct for the tool's stated assumptions; it is not a guarantee of future outcomes. An external actuarial review brief is available to firms on request.
